Preparing your poster

Given the large number of posters (over 110!), there will be two sessions: one on the morning of Thursday 9th for odd-numbered posters and the other in the afternoon for even-numbered posters. Eight presentations have been selected by the committee following deliberation, and their authors have been notified. It was a difficult choice, as there were so many interesting abstracts.

Regarding the posters, please prepare them in A0 portrait format (width 841 x height 1189 mm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches). Odd-numbered posters must be put up on the first day and will remain on display until the end of the first poster session. Even-numbered posters must be put up afterwards and will remain on display until the following day. This will allow for informal discussions about your results outside of the scheduled sessions.

There will be four poster awards, one for each theme. There will also be two awards for the selected short communications. The awards ceremony will take place at the end of Thursday’s talks.
